Amends title XIX (Block Grants) of the Public Health Service Act to authorize preventive health services appropriations for FY 1985 through 1987. Increases minimum population-based State allotments from $3000 to $3500.
Bases a State's post-FY 1984 hypertension allotments upon 65 percent of its total preventive health services project grant amounts.
Requires States to collect by October 1, 1984, specified preventive health services data.
