Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey specified lands in the State of Utah by quitclaim deed to the property owners adjacent to such lands.
Subjects the conveyed lands to the right of the Secretary to maintain dikes and appurtenant facilities necessary for the Central Utah Project.
Absolves the United States of any responsibility for pumping drainage waters over any dikes constructed as part of the Central Utah Project, as a result of conveyances made by this Act.
Reserves to the United States all minerals and geothermal resources in the conveyed lands, including the right to prospect and remove such resources.
