Amends the John F. Kennedy Center Act to terminate the obligation of the Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (the Board) to pay the Treasury interest on revenue bonds issued to finance necessary parking facilities for the Center.
Establishes in the Treasury the Kennedy Center Revenue Bond Sinking Fund to retire such obligations. Sets forth a payment schedule for the Board and terms of investment and management for the Secretary of the Treasury.
