Directs the Secretary of the Air Force to accept certain land adjacent to Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, if Ronnie G. Mitchell of Clovis, New Mexico, offers the United States all right, title, and interest to such land.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey specified lands located in the Santa Fe National Forest to the same individual immediately upon such acceptance by the Secretary of the Air Force.
