A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority in approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates certain Commodity Futures Trading Commission user fee authority subject to congressional review under the Futures Trading Act of 1978.

Preserves such authority from termination if Congress enacts approval of its exercise within 180 days.
