Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to define, for purposes of tariff treatment of certain plastics, the term 'flexible' to mean acrylic plastic film, strips, and sheets which have a specified modulus of elasticity in flexure or in tension when tested in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials.
