A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the executive branch to reorganize or transfer functions of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (formerly subject to congressional veto) unless the exercise of that authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
