A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the Secretary of the Interior (formerly subject to congressional veto) to promulgate regulations with respect to the historic preservation program under the National Historic Preservation Act unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
