A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates certain pesticide regulation authority of the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (formerly subject to congressional veto), unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
