A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the Secretary of Transportation to arrange for the sale of the interest of the United States in the common stock of the Consolidated Rail Corporation under the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 (formerly subject to congressional veto) unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
