A bill to terminate certain authority which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the District of Columbia Retirement Board's authority relating to the filing of an annual retirement program description under the D.C. Retirement Reform Act (formerly subject to congressional veto) unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
