A bill to terminate certain authorities of the executive branch of the Government which are subject to congressional review unless those authorities are approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the President (formerly subject to congressional veto) to impose export controls on domestically produced crude oil and agricultural commodities under the Export Administration Act of 1979, unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress within 180 days of enactment of this Act.
