A bill to terminate certain authority of the Comptroller General which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the Comptroller General's authority (formerly subject to congressional veto) to extend periods of production for any naval petroleum reserve unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after the enactment of this Act.
