A bill to authorize the acceleration of staged rate reductions proclaimed to carry out trade agreements.
Reciprocal Tariff Reduction Acceleration Act of 1984 - Authorizes the President, under appropriate circumstances, to accelerate, by not more than one year, the effective date of each staged duty-rate reduction in the Tariff Schedules of the United States which has been proclaimed by him to carry out trade agreements entered pursuant to the Trade Act of 1974.
