A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the Secretary of the Interior (formerly subject to congressional veto) to promulgate administrative regulations regarding the education programs of the Bureau of Indian Affairs under the Education Amendments of 1978 unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
