A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates certain Forest Service budget request authority of the President (formerly subject to congressional veto) under the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974.

Preserves such authority from termination if Congress enacts its approval of its exercise within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
