A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the Secretary of Commerce (formerly subject to congressional veto) to promulgate a final rule under the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
