A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the President's national emergency authorities relating to transactions involving property in which a foreign country or national thereof has an interest under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (formerly subject to congressional veto) unless the exercise of such authorities is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
