A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the President's authority (formerly subject to congressional veto) to implement the U.S. Proposal for the Early Warning System in Sinai, unless the exercise of that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress within 180 days of enactment of this Act.
