A bill to amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act by designating a segment of the Tuolumne River in California as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.

Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to add a segment of the Tuolumne River in California as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.

Directs the Secretaries of the Interior and of Agriculture to administer such River.

States that this Act does not preclude the licensing, development, maintenance, or operation of water resources facilities on specified parts of the Toulumne River or on the Clavey River.

Authorizes appropriations.
