A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the Secretary of Transportation under the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act to amend the average fuel economy standard for model year 1985 and subsequent model years (formerly subject to congressional veto), unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
