A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration relating to the expenditure of funds for tracking and data relay satellite services under the Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 1983 (formerly subject to congressional veto) unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
