A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority of the Federal Election Commission to promulgate regulations (formerly subject to congressional veto) unless the Congress enacts approval of such authority within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
