A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the authority (formerly subject to congressional veto) of the Administrator of General Services under the Presidential Recordings and Materials Preservation Act to prescribe regulations governing public access to certain tape recordings and materials of, or regarding, former President Richard M. Nixon, unless the exercise of such authority is approved by an enactment of Congress within 180 days after enactment of this Act.
