A bill to terminate certain authorities of the executive branch of the Government which are subject to congressional review unless those authorities are approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates the President's authorities (formerly subject to congressional veto) under the Trade Act of 1974 to impose import relief and to extend nondiscriminatory tariff treatment, unless the exercise of those authorities is approved by an enactment of the Congress within 180 days of enactment of this Act.
