A bill to terminate certain authority which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates District of Columbia legislative authority (formerly subject to congressional veto) that is subject to congressional review under the District of Columbia Home Rule Act unless the exercise of such authority is approved by enactment of Congress within 180 days.
