A bill to terminate certain authority of the executive branch of the Government which is subject to congressional review unless that authority is approved by an enactment of the Congress.

Terminates Farm Credit Administration authority to promulgate certain branch cooperative bank and lending power regulations.

Preserves such authority from termination if Congress enacts its approval of such authority within 180 days.
