Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to furnish medical treatment to veterans of the Vietnam era who served in Southeast Asia and suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. Limits treatment of such disorder to no more than 15 Veterans Administration medical facilities.
Directs the Administrator to compile and publish research results concerning the causes and treatment of such disorder.
Terminates such assistance after FY 1988.
