A bill to authorize and direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study of the feasibility of Federal development of the water and related land resources in certain counties in south central Oklahoma.

Requires the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Reclamation, to conduct a feasibility study of Federal water and related land resources development in certain areas of south-central Oklahoma. Directs the Secretary, upon completion of such study, to prepare a plan for the development of such resources.

Directs the Secretary to prepare and submit to the Congress, within three years of the enactment of this Act, a report containing the results of such study, together with any recommendations.
