Title I: Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to cooperate with State and local law enforcement officials for the enforcement of laws and ordinances within Federal water resources projects.
Title II: Extends the service area of the San Luis unit of the Central Valley Project, California, to include the Pleasant Valley Water District, California.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to undertake a feasibility study of the San Joaquin Valley ground/surface water integration study, Central Valley Project, California.
Title III: Authorizes and directs the Secretary of Energy, acting through the Alaska Power Administration, to enter into an agreement with respect to the Eklutna Lake hydropower project, Anchorage, Alaska.
