Amends the employment and training benefits for disabled and Vietnam era veterans to expand readjustment appointments in the Federal Government for Vietnam era veterans up to and including the GS-11 level through FY 1987 (currently up to and including GS-7 through FY 1984).
Directs the Office of Personnel Management to publish at least annually rather than semiannually a report on the implementation of such program. Requires that information in such report be broken down according to: (1) all veterans; (2) all Vietnam era veterans entitled to disability compensation or disabled; and (3) all other veterans.
