A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide a 15 percent increase in the rates of educational and training assistance allowances under the GI bill and in the rates of subsistence allowances under the Veterans' Administration rehabilitation program for veterans with service-connected disabilities.
GI Bill Rate Amendments of 1984 - Increases the rates for: (1) veterans' educational assistance; and (2) veterans' vocational rehabilitation.
Sets forth the effective date for this Act.
