Designates specified lands in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington as the Boulder River Wilderness.
Provides that the following areas in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest shall be available for uses other than wilderness: (1) the Boulder River Roadless Area; (2) the Pressentin Roadless Area; (3) the White Chuck Roadless Area; and (4) the Prairie Mountain Roadless Area.
