A bill to require the prompt withdrawal from Lebanon of the United States Armed Forces participating in the multinational peacekeeping force.

Amends the Multinational Force in Lebanon Resolution to direct the President to order the prompt, orderly withdrawal from Lebanon of the U.S. armed forces in the Multinational Force in Lebanon. Requires the withdrawal to be completed within 30 days of enactment of this Act. Prohibits obligating or spending congressionally appropriated funds after such 30-day period for U.S. participation in the Multinational Force.
