A bill to repeal the recently enacted requirement of mandatory social security coverage for employees of nonprofit organizations.

Repeals provisions of the Social Security Amendments of 1983 requiring mandatory coverage under the Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program for all employees of nonprofit organizations for service performed after December 31, 1983.
