Directs the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States to hear and determine the claim of a named individual relating to the confiscation of such individual's family estate by the Czechoslovakian Government in 1946.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay such claim, if found to be valid by the Commission.
