A bill to require certain exporters of agricultural commodities to file with the Secretary of Agriculture financial information and to make such information available to the public.
Agricultural Commodity Export Reporting Act of 1983 - Requires that persons who in a calendar year sell for export from the United States agricultural commodities with a fair market value of more than $100,000,000 shall file a financial report with the Secretary of Agriculture. Sets forth information that must be contained in such report, including a balance sheet and a profit and loss statement.
