Amends the Great Lakes Fishery Act of 1956 to increase from three to four the number of Commissioners on the Great Lakes Fishery Commission.
Prescribes residency and official capacity requirements.
Sets forth grounds for removal by the President.
Sets a six year term of office (except for certain Commissioners first appointed after enactment of this Act), with a two term maximum for any individual.
Increases the number of advisory committee members who may be paid their travel expenses and per diem from fivt to ten.
Directs the Commission to submit a report to Congress every three years beginning January 1, 1985, on projects undertaken and any appropriate ecological or environmental information.
