Admits liability of the United States for damages resulting from the administration to a named individual of a yellow fever inoculation.
Confers jurisdiction upon the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, notwithstanding certain time limitations, to hear, determine, and render judgment on the amount of damages to be awarded to such individual.
