Contraceptive Labeling and Advertising Act - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require that the labels and advertising for contraceptive drugs and devices state their effectiveness. Requires a label to also state directions for use and that professional advice should be sought to determine the most appropriate form of contraception.
Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish standards for determining the effectiveness of such drugs and devices.
