High Technology Vocational Education Act of 1983 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow an income tax deduction for contributions of scientific and technical property used for vocational education. Specifies limits on the amount of such deduction.
Expands the income tax credit for increasing research expenses to include payments made to public vocational education schools which are used to supplement teacher salaries and student loans and scholarships.
