A bill for the relief of Patricia Audrey Penton.

Deems the application of a named individual for child's insurance benefits based on the income of her adoptive father to have met all necessary requirements under the Social Security Act. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay in a lump sum to such individual, out of the Disability Insurance Trust Fund, that amount to which she is entitled.
