A bill to amend the Internal Code of 1954 with respect to the treatment of income from certain aircraft.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to treat as income from sources within the United States any income derived from the lease of an aircraft if such aircraft is used predominantly within the United States. (Present law treats such leases as income only if the aircraft is manufactured or constructed in the United States.)
