Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to increase from $250 to $1500 the value of imported goods eligible for informal entry. Provides that such increase does not apply to: (1) textile products valued in excess of $250; (2) merchandise subject to quantitative import restrictions; (3) articles subject to antidumping or countervailing duties; or (4) other articles for which formal entry is required without regard to value.
