Makes it unlawful for any person (other than a common carrier) engaged in the packing, labeling or distribution of any ionization smoke detection device to distribute any such device which does not bear a specified health warning.
Makes a violation of this Act an unfair or deceptive act or practice under the Federal Trade Commission Act.
