A bill to amend section 315 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to reduce the amount that a multicandidate political committee may contribute to a candidate.

Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act to reduce from $5,000 to $1,000 the limitation on multicandidate political committee contributions to a candidate or the candidate's authorized political committees.
