Amends the National Trails System Act to require that the Pony Express Trail, extending from Saint Joseph, Missouri, through Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and Nevada to Sacramento, California, be studied and considered for designation as a national scenic trail. Requires that such study be completed and submitted to Congress within one fiscal year after the enactment of this Act.
