A bill to amend the Federal Salary Act of 1967 and title 5 of the United States Code to provide that the authority to determine levels of pay for administrative law judges be transferred to the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries.

Amends the Federal Salary Act of 1967 to provide that the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries shall determine the rates of pay for administrative law judges. Requires that the rates of pay for administrative law judges be adjusted to reflect any cost of living adjustments in the rates of pay under the General Schedule.
