A bill to establish a commission to review the facts and circumstances surrounding Guamanian losses caused by the occupation of Guam by Japanese Imperial Forces during World War II.
Commission on the Wartime Occupation of Guam Act - Establishes the Commission to review the Wartime Occupation of Guam, which shall: (1) review the facts and circumstances surrounding the claims of Guamanians for losses resulting from the Japanese occupation of Guam during World War II; and (2) recommend appropriate remedies.
Directs the Commission to report its findings and recommendations to Congress within 18 months of its first meeting.
Authorizes appropriations.
