A bill to establish a one year limitation on the filing of claims for unpaid accounts formerly maintained in the Postal Savings System.
Postal Savings System Statute of Limitations Act - Requires all claims for any Postal Savings System deposit to be brought within one year after enactment of this Act. Directs the United States Postal Service to post notices of such time limitation in all post offices.
